The Controller applies the principle of transparency in the processing of personal data at all times, providing individuals with information on the processing of their data in concise, easily accessible, complete, and easy-to-understand language and, in turn, facilitating the exercise of rights established by current legislation. 

Purpose of processing

The data collected are necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing your request to us and to manage and provide the service contracted. Benmayor processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Manage and purchase products and services offered by Benmayor.
  • To provide information about the activities carried out by Benmayor.
  • Manage and process the request you have made.
  • To keep you informed about events, offers, products and services that may interest you through different communication channels, provided that you have consented.
  • Manage the commercial relationship with our suppliers.

Legitimation legal basis

The legal bases that legitimise the processing of the personal data of the persons concerned, based on the powers and functions of the data controller, are as follows:

The mandatory data are specified in the different forms on the web platform; if you refuse to provide them, we cannot process your request.

You assure us that all the data provided are true, accurate and relevant to the purpose for which they are requested. For us to keep your data up to date, you must inform us whenever there are any changes to them. Otherwise, we are not responsible for their accuracy. We consider that if you do not expressly cancel your data from our files, you are still interested in continuing to be included in them until the Data Controller deems it appropriate and as long as it is suitable for the purpose for which they were obtained.

Retention

The personal data will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained. Once the ties above end, they will be blocked for the legally established period before destruction.

Origin of the data

The personal data processed by the data controller comes directly from the persons concerned, their representatives, or other public administrations by the legal provisions. We collect your personal information through different existing forms. You will always be informed at the time of collection of the characteristics of the processing of your data. The data collected are adequate, relevant, and strictly necessary for managing and processing the request you have made to us.

Transfer of data

We inform you that your data will not be transferred to third parties without your express consent, except for those transfers necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

Furthermore, suppose it is necessary or proper to achieve the abovementioned purposes. Children under 14 years of age

  • In certain circumstances, under the portability right, data subjects can obtain their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another data controller.
  • Not be subject to automated decisions based solely on the processing of your data, including profiling, which produces legal effects on the data subject or is likely to affect them significantly.

If you are not satisfied with the response to exercising your rights, and in any case, whenever you consider it appropriate, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Modifications to this data protection information

We will review and update the data protection information when necessary or when there are legal changes or procedures for processing your personal information. If we have your email address or mobile phone number, we will send you an email or SMS with information about such changes. If necessary, we will renew your consent so that you can confirm that you agree to these changes.
