Sustrato metálico aislado (IMS), con revestimiento de cobre con una hoja de cobre ED en la cara contraria. Su capa dieléctrica de 130 micrones es ideal para electrónica de alto voltaje externo cuando también existe la necesidad de disipación térmica.
Diseñado para proporcionar una disipación térmica fiable de los circuitos. Una capa de unión de polímero-cerámica reforzada de formulación propia, con una conductividad térmica y una rigidez dieléctrica elevadas de 3.2W / mºK y una alta resistencia dieléctrica nos permite garantizar su resistencia térmica.
La gama COBRITHERM completa ha superado está prueba de calidad 100% garantizada. AISMALIBAR prueba bajo una alta tensión el aislamiento entre las capas de cobre y aluminio.
