AISMALIBAR will return to Munich this November for the 2021 Productronica trade fair and conference. Aismalibar to proudly launch the new products range of TIM’s Thermal interface material.

The new TIMS developed by Aismalibar eliminate air gaps from the interface, reducingthermal resistance. Eliminating air gaps willautomatically be converted into a reduction of the junction temperature.

A technically , as well as commercially , efficient solution for the thermal and insulation challenges in power electronics , can be found in electrically insulation heat conducting dielectric layer.

In the TIMs range Aismalibar will present our ISOLCOPPER a thin copper (35 micron) that reduces the thermal resistance to very low values and achieving a dielectric strength up to 2 kV.

On the other hand Aismalibar will present the new range of COBRITHERM FR4 Thermal products. Thermal management becomes more challenging in multilayer constructions, Aismalibar has developed a complete collection of Pre Pregs and thin laminates for multilayer construction as a replacement for traditional FR4.

The substitution of a Standard or high Tg FR4 for COBRITHERM FR4 Thermal will directly translate into a decrease in the temperature of the components without the need to modify the design of the board.
